What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like? Umm, coffee, Tylenol, water, shit, shower, shave. 😂 Stretch my back, the back has so many problems that it’s like popping bubble wrap. 😂 best ritual ever is trying to persuade the wife for some morning activity…in and around the sheets! 😂 hardly ever works🤷🏻♂️😂 Until next time, TRM.
