Terrible Role Models

How has technology changed your job? Umm… made some by subordinates sit on their ass and play on their phone…FML! 😳 it’s like trying to keep a puppy from not pulling out every dog toy out of its box… they just keep going to back to it. Now, before everyone takes offense, no I am not saying my workers are puppies. I am saying that their minds need constant attention. Like whatever happened to just wanting to work and getting a paycheck? WTF!

It has been for the better part I think….still waiting on it. Or maybe I need to be more innovative. LOL! Until next time, TRM.
