Terrible Role Models

Hello everyone. Is a really good question today, describe a man who has positively impacted my life. It was my high school basketball coach, he was there when my dad decided to go chase his dream or whatever was gone at months at a time. My basketball coach taught me a lot, kept me out of serious trouble, I mean I still got in trouble but nothing to bad😂 He looked after me and my brother and his family treated me like there own. Thankfully I still am very close to all of them and I’m most grateful for him.

A close second was actually the dairy farmer I worked for. Again, this man taught me a lot of work ethic, thinking on my feet, troubleshooting problems and all around showing me tough love. Like suck it buttercup😂

These two in particular along with my uncles really showed me a lot and had patience for me. I owe all of them the world, and some day I will repay them 100x , they don’t know that nor do they expect it. But I will surprise them. That’s for damn sure, one can only hope that I can teach my own step children the same and hope they learn from me. Until next time, TRM.
