Do lazy days make you feel rested or unproductive?
Good morning, good question. So, I am weird in a sense about what I consider rested or unproductive. If I have a Saturday off and it’s my lazy day. I still go to gym, shower, and then just relax. Going to the gym and showering makes me feel accomplished and have my mind right for the day and I feel that if I sit there, stand, walk, take a sh*t, it’s in no rush so it’s calm and relaxing. On the other hand there have been Saturdays or Sundays that if day I drank to much hanging with friends and I find myself naked in bed I usually just throw on sweats and a T-shirt. Those days I feel it’s an lazy, lazy ass day. Even though my brain and body are appreciative of the relaxation while fighting off the 10 beers and 4 shots of jagerbombs that i so badly needed. At the end of those days I feel so poorly, like I hate that do that to myself because I feel and look a a raccoon coming out of blender that lost a fight with ice cream. I mean wrecked. Lol! My spouse will tell me that it’s one to go to store in sweats, I used to that all the time and I found myself feeling very unproductive, now I still own sweats and love them and don’t get all worked up if your reading this. I have nothing against wearing sweatpants. So, chill out!😂 I just like to wear a pair of shorts or jeans when I have to go out and about. Until next time, TRM.
