Terrible Role Models

Good morning, what is your favorite hobby or pastime? Wait, as a adult, husband, stepparent I can have a hobby or pastime???? Where is this, and I most certainly missed this train, that train left the station and I wasn’t on it!😂 Let me see between work, attempts to the gym either before or after work, making or assisting with dinner, finishing or pushing off the dishes to the last possible moment in a 24 hr day, I can have a hobby…. Holy smokes what should I even pick.

In all honesty, lately my hobby is watching some sort of athletic competition and do not care what it is. It could be pickelball for all I care, it’s just the fact that I can take a hour or two to where I can just sit there and not have to worry about anything. Or attempt not to, which is a hard pastime in itself. LOL! I love the saying where everyone is like “ don’t bring your work home with you?” Umm…dumbest saying or idea ever, because unless you live under a f**king rock a family member is going to ask “how was your day” I’m not going to lie, and be like oh yes I love going to work to deal with people who complain about their lives in every capacity and I absolutely love the fact that some people over me get paid a lot more money and couldn’t even manage an army of ants… I guess what ants already March in a straight line….🤯😂 So, yes I bring home work more than I should. Guilty as charged. I guess I need a legit hobby, well that will be a New Year Resolution! Until next time, TRM.
