Terrible Role Models

Good morning, answer this question. What trait I value most about yourself? I would say I’m dependable , if friends or family members know me, I think they would agree. I am dependable person. Whether rain or shine I’ll be there if you ask, I ensure at work I am there for my peers and subordinates that depend on me. It has gotten me burned out before, because I wanted to be there and help others at work, which didn’t help me or the people that needed to learn their job. Oops, that wasn’t good. 😂 that was a true burnout moment not healthy.

I do have met people who are dependable in not showing up to work, always late to every meeting or friendly gathering. Like holy mother god 😂 like those people should not be allowed to even house sit, they would screw something up even when the house just sits there and doesn’t move they probably found a way to burn it down. LOL!
