Man o man getting back into the gym early in the am is tough. 😂 I got up on time, I didn’t hit snooze a million times that my my wife doesn’t wake or the dog. however, i didn’t plan the pre workout to take forever to kick in. Or maybe I need to take like as soon as I wake up, but that not experience I want while I’m trying to take my morning bathroom break. Like all juggernaut like 😂😂 anyway half way through the workout that’s when it kicks in….terrible, then the shower, the breakfast I’m like sweating and tingling all over. Sometime I’ll get my life together….😂
