A phase

Describe a phase in life that was difficult to say goodbye to.

Describe a phase in life that was difficult to say goodbye to? Ohh shit… umm how do I say this correctly. Going from living by myself to moving in with the girlfriend ( now wife) and her two kids was an eye opening experience for me and phase that was difficult. It wasn’t a bad thing, just weird because one day I went from getting off work to kicking the feet up on the couch, cracking a cold one… to picking up kids from after school care, getting home making sure they start homework. Homework for me prior to this was one+five=six pack of beer- 6 = zero left😂 and I got half a football game left!!! Then attempting to cook a dinner instead of leftover pizza LMAO! I had a lot of growing up….maybe. That’s a question for my wife🤣 I would say yes, change is ultimately good or phase however you want to look at it. Just don’t lose who you are in the process! Until next time, TRM

  1. Transitioning from a lifestyle focused on independence to one centered around family can indeed be a significant adjustment. It sounds like you’ve had quite the transformation, but it’s clear you’ve embraced it with humor and humility. Change can be challenging, yet it often leads to personal growth and deeper connections. It’s essential to maintain your sense of self while adapting to new roles and responsibilities. Keep navigating this journey with an open heart and a good sense of humor, and you’ll continue to thrive alongside your wife and kids.
