Terrible Role Models

Well, today I took a vacation day off the job. Yes, it’s during hump day and sometimes I just need a day to myself. It started off great, a nice peaceful steady rain that was much needed with a cup of coffee is soothing…. Pump the fucking breaks because it’s easily interrupted by our 2 month old puppy going after and “harassing” the grumpy cat… 😂 so much for peace and quiet. Now, I’m on dog sitting duty… great😂 jk. I m supposed to answer this question about what I am about to do this evening?🤔 well, I usually turn on the cable tv and start by watching food network, it’s lately become my peaceful or zen place. I try to learn as I watch, like how the hell do they cut the onions so fast, I attempt that and I have lost skin off my fingers 🤷🏻‍♂️ still learning the art behind that. It’s always great when the food turns out, but I don’t have a staff to clean the dishes after and that blows chunks 😂 So, after I cook I’ll sit my ass down, just zone out from todays ups and downs. I usually vent to my spouse, she deserves an Oscar just for pretending she cares about my day at work😂 she should have been an actor. Then I’ll try to write things down either on my phone, or iPad…continue to write comedy jokes and the punch lines, and it’s a lot harder than I thought but I find it challenges me and makes me happy. So, I’m a comedian who hasn’t done an open mic… that’s why I have this blog😂 not the most successful thing, but it brings me joy… so I guess when I grow up I’ll be a comedian 😂 the next open mic is like 2 weeks and a 6 hour drive away. LOL! Nothing like having goals. 😂 fucking knee slapper…. Until next time, TRM.
